Prepare, monitor, and control annual service charge and operating budgets, including OPEX forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to landlords.
Oversee rent invoicing and collections, minimising arrears and coordinating escalation actions in line with lease terms and applicable KSA regulations.
Supervise FM service providers, including housekeeping, security, MEP, and landscaping contractors, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met through regular performance reviews and site inspections.
Support leasing activities, including unit handovers, marketing coordination, and the maintenance of accurate tenancy schedules and occupancy reports.
Prepare monthly management reports covering financial performance, occupancy levels, maintenance activities, and resident feedback.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, including REGA, Ejar, Civil Defence, and municipal requirements, as well as Savills policies and procedures.

Working knowledge of the Ejar platform and KSA tenancy regulations is required.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
