Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per year

Our client, a well-respected name in Portsmouth for over 125 years, is on the hunt for an Experienced Property Fee Earner to join their tight-knit Conveyancing Department. They've been helping Portsmouth residents buy and sell homes since before the internet was even a thing so they know their stuff.

The Role:

Are you ready to tackle everything from Freehold Sales & Purchases to Lease Extensions with the finesse of a legal wizard? Do you thrive under pressure but still know how to crack a joke while drafting a mortgage deed? If you can juggle complex conveyancing cases with grace and good humor, this is the role for you. Heres what youll be doing:

• Running a full caseload of property transactions like the pro you are (Freeholds, Leaseholds, Remortgages oh my!).
• Drafting contracts with the precision of a master chef, making sure every document is seasoned just right.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders like the charming, professional multitasker you were born to be.
• Problem-solving because, let's be honest, something will probably go wrong in the process. But that's where you come in!
• Keeping up to date with conveyancing law changes, so you stay one step ahead of the game.

What You Bring to the Table:

• You're a Qualified Solicitor (or Conveyancer) with the conveyancing experience to back it up.
• You've tackled Freehold, Leasehold, Remortgages, and Lease Extensions like a pro.
• You've got communication skills that could charm even the grumpiest estate agent (and that's saying something).
• You thrive under pressure, keeping your cool even when your inbox is overflowing.
• You're the kind of person who loves hitting targets, but also knows how to enjoy a well-earned break.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn were all about growing together
