We seek to appoint a seasoned Residential Sales agent that will be responsible for delivering landmark developments in the heart of Newcastle CBD. If you’re an ambitious sales agent looking to elevate your career by work on premium projects, that you’ll be proud to represent made up of existing projects and new projects launching in 2026, this is your opportunity to make your move.

You will play a key role in driving project success by converting enquiry into sales and delivering exceptional outcomes for developers and purchasers alike

The right person will have

  • Exposure to selling off the plan apartments . Additionally, an ambitious agent with a proven track record of high performance in residential sales and company tenure could make a successful transition into this role.
  • An understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers to purchase off the plan apartments.
  • Motivation to hit monthly targets.
  • A strong knowledge of the Newcastle residential market.

Qualifications

  • Fully up to date Licence.
  • As previously mentioned, proven experience in a similar Project Marketing or general agency role.
  • Your experience will highlight ability to service leads and enquirers to ensure that business sales objectives are exceeded.
  • Strong ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships will be evident, as will your drive to get things done using your tenacious attitude around closing deals.
  • You will enjoy working in a truly collaborative environment working with the best in their field.
