  • Own key product experience metrics, including customer and installer satisfaction, feature/product launch success, and support contact rates
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by gathering and clarifying requirements and keeping teams focused on the same outcomes
  • Lead product and feature launches through training, measurement, feedback loops, and clear visibility back to engineering
  • Manage the local product and applications team and set execution priorities
  • Act as the primary product contact for local Business Development, Sales, and Support teams
  • Partner with HQ engineering on hardware and software roadmap priorities for EMEA
  • Translate regional market, customer, and installer needs into clear engineering requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Technical understanding of energy products such as inverters, battery storage, and vehicle charging
  • Familiarity with energy markets (wholesale and/or ancillary services)
  • Experience managing both hardware and software roadmaps
  • Ability to translate business problems into engineering requirements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • First-principles mindset, with real empathy for owners and installers
  • Experience leading or managing product/applications teams is beneficial
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are beneficial
