What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
• Present repair and installation options to homeowners
• Perform high-quality plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the service process
• Maintain a professional appearance and work environment
• Mentor and support Apprentice Plumbers
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and customer-friendly manner
• Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes on-call responsibilities. Additional overtime opportunities are available for team members interested in maximizing their earnings.
