Your Day-to-Day

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems across the Annapolis market
• Perform installations, maintenance, and service repairs on plumbing equipment and fixtures
• Educate homeowners on their options and deliver recommendations with confidence
• Complete all work safely and in compliance with local and national plumbing codes
• Leave every home with a 5-star experience and a customer who asks for you by name

What We're Looking For

• Active Maryland Plumbing License (required)
• 4+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• A consultative approach - you educate customers, you don't pressure them
• Professional presence and clear communication
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be 21+ per company driving policy
