What You'll Do:

As a Plumbing Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their plumbing needs, educate them on available options, and recommend customized solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability.

• Meet with homeowners through company-generated leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate plumbing systems and identify customer needs
• Present solution options and provide recommendations tailored to each homeowner's budget and goals
• Create and present professional estimates and proposals
• Build trust and guide customers through the decision-making process with a consultative sales approach
• Close sales and maintain a strong conversion rate while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Stay informed on plumbing products, installation methods, and industry trends
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to project completion

What You'll Bring:

• Proven success selling residential plumbing replacement and installation solutions
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and products
• A consultative, customer-first approach to sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Experience using CRM, sales, or estimating software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
