What We Do
We’re a team of home service professionals who go the extra mile delivering high-quality plumbing installs, replacements, and customer experiences that set a new bar in the industry.
The Big Task
You will install and replace plumbing systems and fixtures while delivering a legendary customer experience.
Key Sub Tasks
• Perform top-quality plumbing installs in a timely manner
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and install teams
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Keep truck inventory up to date
• Train your helper/apprentice
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep the recall rate below 3%
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your craft
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, or tight-space environments depending on the job
