🔧 Residential Plumber | $45/Hour | Full-Time + Benefits

Silliman Group, LLC Ready to build something that lasts? Silliman Group is the design and construction engine behind a fast-growing real estate company, and we’re expanding our in-house team. From full apartment rehabs to keeping our communities running at the highest standard, our work is hands-on, high-impact, and essential. We’re looking for a Plumber who takes pride in their craft, knows the code inside and out, and is ready to be part of a team that gets things done the right way.

💡 What You’ll Do

You won’t just fix problems—you’ll help build better living environments.

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Work with water, waste, gas, and hot liquid systems
Install fixtures, piping, valves, water heaters, and treatment systems
Test systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything meets code
Partner with Service Techs and contractors to complete projects efficiently
Manage work orders and maintain accurate reporting
Support emergency on-call needs (with additional pay)

🧰 What You Bring

City of Chicago Plumbing License (Preferred)
5–10 years of hands-on plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Ability to read blueprints and plan system layouts
Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Comfort working in physically active environments (ladders, tools, tight spaces)
