WHAT YOU'LL DO
CenterPointe offers pivotal, industry-leading residential treatment programs. These programs are designed to help individuals who have few financial resources to work on their substance use and mental health concerns simultaneously. Our holistic, person-centered approach is what allows us to continuously push boundaries and be nationally recognized for groundbreaking treatment.
As the Residential Operations Supervisor, you will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals including dually-licensed therapists, psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Care Managers, and more. You will be primarily responsible for supervising the Wellbeing Navigators in your program and supporting the consumers in their treatment, observing and documenting day-to-day behaviors and activities, and reporting to the clinical team to constantly update each individual's treatment plan. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, coaching, and the supervision of Wellbeing Navigator staff.

QualificationsRequired Skills:
- Effective listening. Excellent written and verbal communication. (KPI)
- Promptness and flexibility.
- Provision of supervision and coaching. Effective training & education.
- Personnel scheduling.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in delivery of behavioral health services.
- Demonstrated skills and competencies to work with adults with mental health challenges and/or substance use issues.
- BS in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field preferred.
- Experience supervising personnel, providing coaching, training and education required.
Licensing or other requirements:
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license with clean DMV record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR/1st Aid certification (can be obtained post-hire)
- State Medication Aide certification (can be obtained post-hire)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (can be obtained post-hire)
