Arvada, CO / Denver Metro Area
$70,000–$85,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses

An established roofing contractor with a growing operation in the Denver market is hiring a Residential New Construction Roofing Sales Representative for its Arvada, CO office.

This role is focused on selling roofing services to production home builders and custom home builders This is not a retail or re-roof sales role. The right person will already understand the residential new construction roofing space and know how to build strong relationships with builders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with production and custom home builders
• Generate new residential new construction roofing business
• Grow builder accounts in the Denver market
• Coordinate with internal operations and production teams
• Manage the sales process from relationship development through handoff

Qualifications

• Experience in residential new construction roofing sales
• Strong builder relationships preferred
• Background working with production and custom builders
• Proven business development and account management ability
• Strong communication and follow-through

Compensation

• Base salary of $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience
• Commission and bonuses
• Strong opportunity to earn well into the six figures
