We are seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical professional to join our exceptional team as a Residential Care Manager within our vibrant Aged Care Facility - The Terraces, Paddington
In this role you will be responsible for the effective leadership of a facility, ensuring culture, processes and practices are in accordance with the organisational strategies and policies, and ensuring residents are well cared for in a caring environment. This position provides a great opportunity to apply your aged care knowledge and management experience to a senior role within Anglicare.
Your opportunity
Undertake the overall responsibility of the operations of the home to deliver high quality services to residents and their families
Creating a positive work culture for our staff through effective leadership and HR management
Management of finances and budgets
Ensure Quality planning, implementation and evaluation
Promoting an interactive WH&S system to ensure optimum health and wellbeing of staff
What you’ll bring
A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience
Leadership skills and the ability to delegate
Aged Care experience highly desirable
Previous management experience of diverse teams
Knowledge of ACFI, the Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation and continuous improvement
A passion for Aged Care
A commitment to the Christian Values of Anglicare
Clinical background as an RN or related discipline is highly desirable
Current AHPRA nursing registration desirable

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
