We are seeking a full-time Residential Manager for our beautiful Residential homes in Groveland and Haverhill. At American Training, it is all about the WOW! What does a Residential Manager do?

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program.
• Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality care.
• Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues.
• Create and manage Colleague schedules.
• Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home.
• 1+ years of previous management experience.
• Valid State driver's license and the use of personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required).
• Flexible work hours required based on program needs.
• Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicated competence).
