Maintenance Techs: Blend Your Skills with Tech!

We're at the intersection of maintenance and modern technology. If you excel in repairs and your smartphone is your trusted sidekick, you're the kind of person we're looking for.

What's the Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $25 per hour + 7% in Performance Based Compensation paid out monthly
• Where you will work?: We manage scattered properties so you will be assigned to different locations and we will try to keep you close to your home as best as we can
• Stable working hours: Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work at least 40 hours a week.
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, optional life and AD&D, paid holidays, 401k plans PTO, and more!
• $150 Weekly gas stipend or Company Vehicle after 90 days (if one is available)

Role Details:

• You will be assigned work orders each day. You can get assigned to more than 1 work order in the same day. We work with scattered sites throughout different areas on Chicago.
• You will be fixing residential maintenance issues related to carpentry, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, electrical, mechanical.
• You will communicate with the staff at the office through your phone.
• You don't have to clock in or clock out at an office. Once you complete the work orders assigned to you, you'll drive back home.
• Document your triumphs and methods via apps, promptly. Take pictures, close work orders through an app.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in any of these trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC
• You have your own vehicle, own tools and a valid driver's license.
• Passionate about maintenance with a strong inclination towards technology
• Proficient with mobile technology for work order documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
• A team player with effective communication skills
