Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and water heaters in residential properties according to company standards and industry best practices.
• Orchestrate dig-ups and sewer lines replacements
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
• Ensure proper sizing, alignment, and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures to meet code requirements and project specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners to address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Dig up and sewer line replacement experience
• Water heater installation experience (traditional and tankless)
• Valid MD Journeyman or Master plumbing license.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
