What You’ll Do
As the Residential Inside Sales Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our customer service and sales operations, guiding a talented team to success. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire the residential inside sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
• Customer Engagement: Lead the phone customer service process with professionalism, securing re-orders and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive resolution.
• Collaboration: Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to maintain efficient operations and meet customer needs.
• Innovation: Suggest improvements to our Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to the ongoing success of Koch Air’s strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We need a self-motivated, detail-oriented leader who can seamlessly balance customer satisfaction with operational excellence. Our ideal candidate has:
• Experience & Education: An associate degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in parts or equipment management, with HVAC industry expertise.
• Customer Focus: A service-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and training abilities to lead a high-performing team.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to convert customer information into accurate sales orders.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A positive approach to resolving challenges and enhancing processes.
