Residential HVAC Tune‑Up Technician

We’ve had proven success hiring team members from backgrounds such as: Customer service, automotive and lube shops, mechanical roles, door‑to‑door sales, pest control, solar sales, and other people‑facing or hands‑on professions.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Tune‑Up Technician, you’ll:

• Perform HVAC system tune‑ups and inspections

• Learn how heating and cooling systems operate and impact energy costs

• Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency, and maintenance

• Present repair and improvement options using a trained, consultative approach

• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes

• Work closely with a supportive team and experienced mentors

Paid Training Includes

Our comprehensive paid training program sets you up for long‑term success and includes:

• EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification

• A.T.E. Technical Training

• Hands‑on lab training for:

  • Furnaces

  • Air conditioners

  • Heat pumps

• Electronic system evaluation training

• Far Infrared inspection system training

• Customer communication and presentation skills
