What you'll do:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, completing repairs correctly on the first visit whenever possible
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable system operation
  • Clearly explain findings, repair options, and preventive maintenance recommendations to homeowners
  • Present and discuss additional services, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate
  • Respond promptly to dispatched service calls and manage daily work orders efficiently
  • Maintain organized service vehicle inventory, tools, and parts to support timely repairs
  • Accurately document work performed, parts used, and service details in company systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members to support smooth operations
  • Maintain a professional appearance, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance

What we're looking for:

  • Prior heating and/or cooling experience in a residential capacity.
  • Service titan experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed.
  • Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required.
  • Must be able to work on a ladder.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
