Representative duties include:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, presenting multiple repair or replacement options on every call.
• Navigate high-ticket recommendations with confidence, comfortably discussing financing options to fit the customer's budget.
• Work closely with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians to support overall team success.

Job Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One or more years of successful and full-time HVAC experience, either as a service or installation technician.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions.
• Current drivers license and the ability to operate all types of vehicles in the corporate fleet. Must be insurable by current insurance carrier.
• Ability to work efficiently given time pressures, non-standard schedule, extreme weather conditions, varying customer needs and demands, and backlog constraints.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
