At Villara Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Solar, we believe great service starts with great people. Our Home Services Division is focused on building technicians who take pride in their work, care about the customer experience, and want to continue growing both technically and professionally. We are looking for residential HVAC Service Technicians at all skill levels who want to be part of a team-driven culture focused on quality workmanship, long-term customer relationships, and doing the job the right way.

Pay Range
$22.80 - $33.25 per hour, plus incentive opportunities, depending on experience, technical ability, certifications, and field performance.
Top performers have significant earning potential beyond hourly pay.

What You’ll Do
Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:
• Perform HVAC maintenance and system performance tune-ups
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and performance issues
• Educate homeowners on system condition and performance
• Present repair vs. replacement options professionally
• Perform system testing and verification
• Maintain accurate job documentation
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience

What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Desire to learn and grow technically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• EPA Certification preferred for service-level roles
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
