We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Professional (Comfort Advisor) who thrives on helping homeowners make informed decisions about their home's comfort. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where your success comes from educating customers, presenting solutions that fit their needs, and delivering an exceptional Five Star experience from the initial consultation through installation.

NOTE: This position offers a competitive base salary AND commission structure. Our top reps have the potential to bring home $150k+ annually.

To be successful in this role, you should already have experience:

• Conducting in-home residential sales consultations
• Building trust with homeowners through education rather than high-pressure sales tactics
• Presenting multiple equipment and financing options
• Selling residential HVAC replacement systems
• Managing projects from signed agreement through installation
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service

The Position:
As a Residential HVAC Sales Professional, you'll meet with homeowners who are seeking HVAC replacement solutions. You'll assess their home's comfort needs, evaluate existing equipment, educate customers on available options, and recommend the best solution based on their goals and budget. From the initial consultation through project completion, you'll serve as the customer's primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth experience while coordinating with our installation and operations teams. This position requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping customers make confident decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting professional in-home HVAC replacement consultations
• Evaluating existing HVAC systems and recommending appropriate replacement solutions
• Educating homeowners on system efficiency, comfort, indoor air quality, and available options
• Preparing accurate proposals and presenting multiple equipment solutions
• Building customer confidence through honest recommendations and exceptional service
• Achieving and exceeding established sales performance goals
• Managing sold projects from agreement through installation completion
• Verifying equipment selections and ensuring job specifications are accurate
• Coordinating with installation, customer service, and operations teams for a seamless customer experience
• Following up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• Maintaining accurate customer information and documentation within ServiceTitan
• Participating in ongoing HVAC product, sales, and leadership training

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of successful residential sales experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to educate customers and confidently recommend solutions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to inspect residential attics, crawl spaces, basements, and exterior equipment when necessary
• Comfortable using technology, CRM software, and mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Residential HVAC sales experience
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, efficiency ratings, and indoor air quality products
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM software
• Experience with financing presentations and closing in-home sales
• Familiarity with Manual J load calculations or residential system design principles
• NATE Certification or other HVAC industry training is a plus
