Seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team!

Our company exclusively installs heat pump systems - both centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits. At scale, our company will be installing millions of heat pumps per year, and this role will lay the framework enabling this dramatic growth. Starting Wages from $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience! No commission expectations -- you will get 40 hours a week without any requirements to upsell!

You'll also be driving to jobs in a company van, so no wear and tear on your personal vehicle!

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
• Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
• Proficiency with all of the following:
• Refrigerant handling
• High & low voltage wiring
• Ductwork
• Sheet metal fabrication
• California building code
