Job Description

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All Employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in an upscale senior living community. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents by maintaining apartments and shared community spaces. If you take pride in your work and enjoy serving others, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and other assigned spaces
  • Ensure a safe, sanitary, and organized environment throughout the community
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful service to residents and guests
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
  • Keep cleaning equipment in proper working condition

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, materials, and equipment
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service
  • Ability to work effectively with seniors and within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
