POSITION: Residential House Manager
LOCATION: Highland Park, IL
SUPERVISOR: Director of Adult Services
FLSA CLASSIFICATION Exempt / Salary / Full Time
The Keshet House Manager will ensure the development and delivery of services designed to further the residents' independence. The House Manager coordinates residents' daily lives, all house logistics and maintenance, DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) management, and parent/guardian communication. Will perform functions to ensure the residence is well run and the staff are appropriately trained, supervised, and monitored, ensuring that residents receive the necessary support and services. The House Manager will provide leadership by demonstrating a solid work ethic, solution-oriented thinking, open-mindedness, active listening, good judgment, decisiveness, accountability, and strategic thought. The House Manager will provide direct and management support (DSP) hours.
