VanderArk B Program | Girls Ages 12–17 | Specialized program for girls with developmental disabilities
Why Wedgwood?
Since 1960, Wedgwood Christian Services has been dedicated to boldly taking on the toughest mental health and behavioral health problems in West Michigan. We serve children, teens, families, and adults through residential care, counseling services, and community programs.
The VanderArk B Program provides a highly structured, trauma-informed residential environment for adolescent girls ages 12–17 who have a developmental or intellectual disability, and/or diagnosed with autism. Through evidence-based treatment, healthy relationship building, accountability, and skill development, youth are supported in making meaningful, lasting change.
As the Residential Home Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of the home while coaching and developing a direct care team. You'll partner closely with clinical leadership to create a safe, therapeutic environment where youth can heal, staff can grow professionally, and families can find hope for the future.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing others, fostering a positive team culture, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents.
