Role: Residential Estate Manager

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: 2+ years of experience in a Residential Property, Block or Estate Management role; Property related degree; Full Driving Licence & Personal Vehicle

Location: Central Dublin with site visits as required

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000

This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the management and development of residential estates. The Residential Estate Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with Owners' Management Companies (OMCs), Estate Owners' Management Companies (E/OMCs), and their managing agents, ensuring that the highest standards of service are upheld.

• Support the establishment and ongoing management of a portfolio of OMCs/EOMCs and residential developments.
• Assist with budgeting, service charge administration, and financial reporting in collaboration with Business Development and Finance teams.
• Manage day-to-day queries relating to OMCs/EOMCs in line with company service standards and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managing agents, company secretaries, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Attend board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and site inspections as required.
• Coordinate the onboarding of managing agents and attend all relevant site handovers.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation relating to handovers and estate management activities.
