Mr. Electric is Hiring a Residential Electrician!

Location: Queensbury, NY
Wage Range: $60,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full Time

Mr. Electric is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Electrician to join our team in the Queensbury area.
This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives on solving electrical challenges, delivering high-quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

As a Residential Electrician, you’ll perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in homes—ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, responding to service calls and maintaining compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems and components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure safety and performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and company safety standards.
• Participate in the rotating weekend on-call schedule.

Requirements

• Must reside within 30 miles of Queensbury
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential electrical experience
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check
• Must be available for rotating on-call weekends

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with commercial electrical systems
• Knowledge of generator installation and maintenance
