Job Title: Residential Electrician
Location: Salisbury MD (With local Travel in MD/DE)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable interacting with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
Perform panel upgrades, wiring, lighting installation, and general electrical repairs
Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work scope and timelines
Qualifications:
2+ years of residential electrical experience required
Journeyman Electrician license in Maryland or Delaware preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with service calls and troubleshooting
Ability to mentor apprentices or junior electricians
Strong customer service skills
