Residential Electrical Sales Representative

Bardi Home Services is looking for a motivated Residential Electrical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on helping homeowners understand their electrical needs, presenting the right solutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their electrical needs and discuss available solutions
• Provide clear, professional options and estimates for residential electrical projects
• Sell electrical upgrades, replacements, installations, and other home electrical solutions
• Educate customers on products, pricing, financing options, and the value of recommended work
• Follow up on open estimates and sales opportunities
• Build trust with homeowners through honest, consultative communication
• Work closely with electricians, installers, dispatch, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Residential electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or other home-services experience is a plus
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Comfortable discussing larger-ticket home improvement projects and financing options
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
