Who We Are Looking For:
Are you the Residential Counselor we have been looking for? As a Residential Counselor, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!
The Butler Center provides comprehensive treatment for boys (ages 12-21) with emotional and mental health diagnoses. Our staff support these boys in developing and practicing strategies that will enable them to manage their behavior.
Treatment is delivered by a multidisciplinary team comprised of licensed clinicians, educators (with certification in Special Education), and specially trained Youth Counselors the goal of enabling the boys in our service to return safely to the
community.
Schedule: Full Time, 1st and 2nd Shift options available
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
