Education: High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.

Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills

In the Residential Coordinator position, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Support the Director of Education and Residential Operations in the classroom by supervising students.
• Process new resident intakes and manage daily logistical check-ins, including monitoring and processing passes.
• Supervise and manage all monetary transactions and accounts for residential program.
• Provide transportation and mentorship for essential resident needs, using drive time and daily interactions as opportunities to build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with residents.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $22-$24/hour
