Join the BridgeHaus Team as a Residential & Commercial Cleaner – Flexible Schedule!

At BridgeHaus Property Managers, we’ve built a reputation for delivering five-star service and maintaining homes and buildings with the highest level of care. Until now, our in-house cleaning team has been dedicated exclusively to servicing the properties we manage. Due to the consistent demand and outstanding results our cleaners provide, we’re excited to branch out and make these professional cleaning services available to the general public. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, hardworking, and reliable to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform scheduled cleanings for residential properties across San Diego
• Complete both standard and deep cleaning tasks (with checklists provided)
• Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and office areas to BridgeHaus standards
• Represent the BridgeHaus brand with professionalism in every client interaction
  Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and the team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in providing high-quality service
• Reliable time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• A smartphone with GPS and text capabilities
• Reliable transportation to travel locally
• English fluency required (Spanish a plus!)

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Background check required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Perks

• Pay starting at $20 per hour
