What does a Residential Care Supervisor 2 do?
Oversees Campus Support Office (CSO)
Trains staff for quarterly house meetings
Supervises &/or monitors supervision of Residential Care Supervisors and Therapeutic Program Workers (direct care) for residential units
Ensures levels of supervision are met through scheduling
Approves/disapproves leave requests, makes assignments, oversees & monitors KRONOS timekeeping system.
Prepares operational and programmatic reports

24 months training or 24 months' experience in providing direct care to patients &/or in participating in development &/or carrying out of habilitation/treatment plans for patients who had either developmental disabilities or mental disability, 6 months of required training &/or experience should have been as ward charge or team leader with responsibility for ensuring other workers performed their duties & ensuring safety of sanitation of assigned work area.
