Residential Behavior Interventionists work 12-hour shifts and availability during nights and weekends is required. A $2.50 per hour shift differential is offered for overnight shifts.
Our Behavior Support Team is in search of a dynamic candidates who can provide support to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, both within the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential homes.
We are seeking individuals who embody the following qualities:
We are looking for candidates who have prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health conditions. However, those with a background in supporting individuals experiencing significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings or more structured therapeutic environments are strongly preferred. Weekend availability is required, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Hiring rate is based on experience, education, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
