Jemalong Residential Village is one of the largest residential aged care homes in regional NSW, home to 110 residents and supported by a full leadership team. We're looking for an accomplished people leader who is ready to lead with purpose, develop high-performing teams and create an environment where residents, families and employees feel genuinely connected.

About the Role
This is an opportunity for a capable leader who enjoys building engaged teams, strengthening culture and creating stability. You'll have the support, resources and autonomy to lead positive change while focusing on developing people, improving workforce capability and delivering exceptional outcomes for residents and their families. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll have the autonomy to lead your home while being part of a broader leadership network that values collaboration, continuous improvement and shared success.

As Residential Manager, you will provide overall leadership across clinical, operational and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary leadership team
• Creating a positive, engaged workplace culture where people thrive
• Delivering exceptional resident outcomes through relationship-centred care
• Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
• Driving continuous quality improvement and operational excellence
• Managing budgets, occupancy and financial performance
• Building trusted relationships with residents, families, employees and the local community
About You
You are an authentic leader who brings people with you. You know how to build trust, coach leaders, navigate change and create a culture where accountability and compassion coexist. You're commercially astute, operationally capable and passionate about delivering quality care - but above all, you're recognised for your ability to lead people. You'll also bring:
• Demonstrated success leading a large residential aged care home or comparable healthcare, hospitality or community-based operation
• Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams through change and growth
• Strong financial and operational management capability
• Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation and AN-ACC funding
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative leadership style with a genuine commitment to developing others
• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (preferred)
• Availability to participate in an after-hours regional on-call roster (one week in nine)
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
