Full Time Resident Transporter

Pay range: $17.51 to $24.46 (Based on years of experience)

Essential Functions:

  • Transports residents to and from on-campus locations.
  • Transfers residents into and out of wheelchair as needed.
  • Drive vehicles; Individual transport cart and passenger vehicles.
  • Is aware of Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies including those having to do with confidentiality and security of information, and concern for the well being of residents and patients. Demonstrates behaviors and completes work in a manner consistent with these policies.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must pass an annual health screening.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and other staff members.
  • Capable of following directions and working independently.
  • Must be reliable and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, pushing carts, lifting, stooping, stretching, walking, and working overhead.
