Resident Transportation Driver Opportunity at Bethany Village!

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Hours may fluctuate based on resident appointments and transportation needs. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Looking for a driving position where you can make a difference in someone’s day? Bethany Village is looking for a dependable and friendly Resident Transportation Driver to provide safe transportation for our residents to medical appointments, community outings, activities, and other destinations.

What You'll Do

  • Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, activities, and other community destinations.
  • Assist residents safely on and off the bus, including residents who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
  • Safely operate wheelchair ramps, lifts, tie-downs, and other transportation equipment.
  • Coordinate resident drop-offs and pick-ups with the Bethany Village team.
  • Keep the bus clean, fueled, organized, and ready for transportation.
  • Complete routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or repair needs.
  • Assist the Activities team with resident outings, events, and activities as needed.
  • Provide a friendly, respectful, and supportive experience for residents while traveling.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Current driver's license in good standing.
  • High school diploma/GED, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain CNA certification within the first 90 days of employment. Company will pay for your CNA training and certification testing.
