Role Summary

The Resident Service Specialist at GC Realty & Development is responsible for managing all aspects of resident communication and ensuring a remarkable resident experience. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, responding to resident inquiries promptly, and resolving issues in a professional manner. The Resident Service Specialist works closely with other departments to address resident concerns, coordinate move-out processes, and assist with various administrative tasks. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, dynamic environment. The specialist also plays a key role in ensuring that all interactions reflect GC Realty's high standards of service and professionalism.

What You Get:

• Hourly - $5.00-$7.00(USD) Paid Weekly
• Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages(Effective 2025 calendar year)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver the GC Realty Experience: Ensure all interactions with residents and clients reflect the high standards and values of GC Realty & Development, providing a seamless and remarkable experience for both parties.
• Manage Resident Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all resident communication, including inbound calls, Live Chat messages, texts, emails, and chats.
• Email and Task Management: Review and reply to all emails and texts
• Support Team and Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within GC Realty & Development to resolve resident and client issues in the best interest of all parties.
• Participate in Meetings and Professional Growth: Attend weekly Resident Service Team (RST) department meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Resident Experience Manager. Contribute to your own growth and the development of the department through active participation and idea-sharing.
• Problem Reporting and Issue Resolution: Identify and report problems within the Resident Services Team process, raising awareness through L10 meetings and addressing issues with the team and manager as needed..
• Additional Duties and Flexibility: Fill in and perform basic duties for other Resident Service Team specialties as needed. Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the Resident Services Manager to support team operations.

What You Bring:

• 3 years of customer experience is required; we expect you to want to talk to people and help them all day long.
• Confident in handling challenging resident conversations.
• Fluent in English with a neutral accent.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable work-from-home setup.
