Resident Services Specialist

North River Ranch – Parrish, FL

Part-Time (15 - 20 Hours a Week) | Flexible Schedule (Evenings, Weekends, Holidays as Needed)

Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is growing its team at North River Ranch and is seeking enthusiastic Resident Services Specialists to join our talent pipeline. While this role may not be immediately filled, we are building a strong candidate pool for current and future opportunities as the community continues to expand.

The Resident Services Specialist plays a key role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and well-run amenity experience for residents and guests. This position supports daily operations, resident engagement, and community programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the “Arch Amenities Group Experience” by providing exceptional customer service aligned with company standards, values, and brand expectations.
• Greet residents and guests, answer questions, and assist with amenity and program information.
• Register residents for programs, classes, and events; assist with reservations as needed.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and follow financial reporting procedures when applicable.
• Support daily amenity operations.
• Assist with facility cleanliness, supply inventory, and general organization of spaces.
• Communicate resident feedback and concerns to management.
• Ensure facilities are accessed appropriately and remain safe and secure.
• Complete shift communication logs and share pertinent updates with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Lifestyle and Amenity Operations team.
• Open and Close facilities as needed.
• Keep the inbox empty.
• Facility tours with new residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; hospitality or community amenity experience preferred.
• Experience assisting with events, programs, or activities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, professional, and resident-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and office equipment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
