Job Summary
Make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families thrive in stable housing. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support to residents in PPL’s affordable and scattered-site housing programs.
In this dynamic role, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 20–25 participants, building strong, trusting relationships while delivering tailored services that meet each individual’s unique needs. By connecting residents to resources and strengthening community ties, you’ll play a key role in promoting long-term housing stability and overall well-being.
