SUMMARY Coordinates the make ready process including scheduling vendors, entering PO’s and CRF’s.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Enters all Purchase Orders and CRF’s

· Schedules vendors for all work to be completed for new move ins

· Walks scheduled work to be done with vendors to obtain estimates

· Speaks with residents for work order scheduling and then after completion

· Works with the maintenance supervisor to organize work orders, assist with scheduling and deleting duplicates

· Assists in the office where needed.

Qualifications

· 1-year related experience in the multi-family industry

· Knowledge working with budgets and some general ledger detail

· Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, CRM, etc.)

· Apartment leasing experience preferred

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Customer service skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Strong constant finger dexterity with ability to grasp/turn.

· Work in a variety of conditions, including both indoors and outdoors; noise level is usually

· moderate.

· Possible exposure to caustics, solvents, oils, fumes, flammables, pesticides, etc.
