This is a full-time position offering $15 per hour and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those rebuilding from addiction and hardship.
Supervise and support residents to ensure a positive, structured, and safe living environment
Lead weekly house meetings and enforce program standards
Conduct new-beneficiary orientations and facility tours
Monitor medication calls and maintain accurate records
Complete incident reports, Safe From Harm documentation, and daily activity logs
Support residents through mentorship, accountability, and encouragement
Coordinate recreational and spiritual activities
Provide safe transportation as needed and assist with work-therapy supervision
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or supervisory experience preferred)
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Compassionate, dependable leadership style
Basic computer and reporting abilities
Full-time, consistent schedule (40+ hours per week)
