What You’ll Do
Lead and assist with daily recreational programs
Encourage resident participation and engagement
Support special events, holiday celebrations, and outings
Help maintain activity supplies and calendars
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to assist residents with varying levels of mobility
Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun activities
Prior experience with seniors is a plus but not required

Oriol Health Care has grown to include Holden Rehabilitation & Nursing Center (established as Holden Nursing Home in 1965) and Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center (established 1985). Oriol Health Care recently completed a $16 million renovation and addition project at Holden Rehab, which is now home to the former Wachusett Extended Care Facility.
