  • £28,958 - £31,022 (Band 4)

  • 37 hours per week

  • Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (up to and including 31st March 2028)

We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Investment Team as a Resident Liaison Officer (Warm Homes Wave 3).

Your role:

The post requires someone who is an excellent communicator and able to engage with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders and residents. As a key part of the role is building trust and a rapport with residents, the candidate must also be capable of following procedures and being firm but fair.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of tenants, at times in demanding circumstances and be able to use software systems in day to day duties. The post holder will be dealing with the public in difficult situations and should be able to liaise with other partners and agencies.

This roles requires the post holder to have a full UK driving licence and a vehicle due to the requirements of travelling / visiting tenants homes on a weekly basis.
