
Salary: £33,816 to £41,486 per annum (pro rata)

We’re looking to recruit a part time Resident Liaison Officer to join our existing team. You'll Support residents by providing information, guidance, and signposting to relevant internal and external services that may assist with their housing journey and future accommodation options.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team where you’ll be working on a project that really makes a difference to our residents and improves ways of working. You will be responsible for delivering a project focused on co-ordinating permanent and temporary moves for residents within a LiveSmart scheme that is being decommissioned. The role will involve supporting residents through the process, ensuring moves are managed smoothly, and providing tailored support to customers, often those who are vulnerable, to achieve positive outcomes.
Our residents are our priority, and we are keen to ensure we hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises.
You’ll report into a Regeneration Programme Lead, and we can support some home working, with frequent attendance at the scheme, offices and resident visits as required so applicants must be able to travel across the local region as and when required.

This is a hybrid role based in our Luton, Hartwood House office. You'll split your time between working from home, the office and the Livesmart property based in Luton as well as travel around the region as and when required.
