As our Resident Experience Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping a welcoming, connected and engaging village environment—where lifestyle, wellbeing and meaningful experiences sit at the heart of everyday life.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of a diverse lifestyle and activities programme across our village, supporting residents living in independent villas, assisted living and care. From planning vibrant social calendars to building strong community connections, you’ll help create a village culture that residents feel proud to be part of.

Key responsibilities

  • Design monthly and weekly activity calendars tailored to resident interests and wellbeing
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and the wider community
  • Partner with local organisations, entertainers and providers to create meaningful experiences
  • Lead, coach and support the Resident Experience and Lifestyle teams
  • Facilitate resident feedback sessions and use insights to continuously improve programmes
  • Support residents as they transition into the village, ensuring their preferences are understood
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive village culture where everyone feels welcomed and connected

Qualifications

You’re a natural people leader with a passion for creating memorable experiences and bringing people together. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love thinking creatively, and are confident engaging with residents, families and teams.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in lifestyle, activities or event coordination (aged care or community environment is ideal)
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting older people and enhancing their wellbeing
  • Confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification (or willingness to obtain)
