Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering
15+ years overall experience in civil engineering, with
strong focus on tunneling.

At least 10 years in tunnel design and construction
supervision, including TBM, drill & blast, and NATM
·
Demonstrated leadership experience in resident
engineering or site supervision roles under FIDIC or
equivalent contract conditions
·
Proven capability to manage HSE compliance, tunnel
risks (e.g., rock burst, water ingress), and contractor
interface
·
Involvement in tunneling in complex geological
formations (e.g., fault zones, high groundwater
pressure)
·
Familiarity with environmental and social safeguards in
tunnel construction under donor-funded (e.g., ADB,
World Bank) projects
·
Experience in resolving claims, disputes, and contract
variations related to tunneling works
In-depth knowledge of tunnel excavation and support systems (NATM, shotcrete, rock bolts, segmental lining)
Construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control.
Geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring
HSE protocols for confined spaces and high-risk environments
