Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC or equivalent)
International certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Relevant safety training (e.g., Construction Safety)
Training in hydropower or pumped storage systems
10–15 years in mechanical engineering for dams/hydropower projects
Experience in pumped storage projects
Experience in construction supervision or Owner’s Engineer role
International project experience
Experience with turbines, valves, and hydromechanical systems
Experience in commissioning of hydropower plants
Experience in large infrastructure or power projects
Experience working with multinational teams
Strong knowledge of hydropower mechanical systems
Familiarity with pumped storage operations
Understanding of international standards (ISO, IEC, ASME)
Advanced contract management knowledge (FIDIC)
Ability to review technical drawings and specifications
Experience with digital engineering tools
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Knowledge of BIM or engineering software
Good communication and coordination skills
