Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shift Supervisor - Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a full-time Shift Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of resident care during the 3 PM to 11 PM shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the 3 PM to 11 PM shift to ensure quality resident care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff and caregivers
• Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed shift reports
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning as needed
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Proven experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and nursing care
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to serving seniors
