This is a Monday - Friday position offering care to residents, as well as managing medical supplies.

DEPARTMENT: Nursing
WORK AREA: Medical Supply Room, Nursing Units, Clean Work Areas and Resident Rooms, depending on computer availability
PURPOSE: To maintain and provide supplies needed to administer services and charges rendered to residents.
WORKING HOURS: Hours of work are 75 to 80 hours per pay period, but may be subject to work over during special occasional events or duties that may require overtime.
THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Nursing
HIPAA MINIMUM NECESSARY: Responsible to adhere to HIPAA MINIMUM NECESSARY guidelines and safeguard protected health information.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma with knowledge of computer fundamentals, experience in inventory control, and ordering. Requires organizational skills, follow policy and procedures and be versatile enough to cross-train with other duties.
